What is happiness? Can it be pursued? How can it be attained? In an era of constant overstimulation, how can we regain inner peace and achieve true happiness? The speaker will share stories of happiness based on psychological theories and his personal experience.
About the Speaker: Professor Lo On Ting - Assistant Professor (Teaching) of the Department of Psychology, Lingnan University
Professor Lo On Ting is currently with the Department of Psychology at Lingnan University. His research interests include the relationship between a sense of meaning in life, money, and happiness, as well as design thinking and entrepreneurial thinking. In addition to his teaching and research work at the university, Professor Lo has authored five popular science books on positive psychology and runs social media platforms to disseminate knowledge about psychology through text, video, and podcast formats.
